Sometimes you’ve got good bones to start with but just need a refresher. That couldn’t have been more true about this place. Our work here included all new finishes throughout. Floors, fixtures, countertops, cabinet faces, and paint brought the owners a high-value, low-cost upgrade with a huge impact.

The remodeled house is grey with interesting angles and lines of its different roof sections, surrounded by trees.

This seating area is flooded with natural light and views of tree tops, has a round table on a large white rug and surrounded by a soft white couch and comfortable wood chairs.

This large, open space was remodels to be lined with large windows, stairwells going up and down with railings, wood floors, and the white couch and rug area to the left.

Looking at the middle of this middle floor, a white rugged living room sits to the left, stairs leading both upstairs and downstairs in the middle of the view, and a partial view of the dining room to the right.

The kitchen of this multi level house has large windows, white walls, wood ceilings, floors, and cabinets, an island with 3 dark metal stools, and white metal railing with the lower living room floor seen beneath.

This remodeled kitchen has a white countertops, with the sink on the right, below a tree-filled window, and on the left, is the white island counter with the built in stovetop.

Cabinets and a window are on one wall of this kitchen/dining room area.
