The client was looking to incorporate the rich bathing traditions of their native home of Japan, into their Portland abode. Utilizing the home’s basement, their vision is brought to life.

We designed and built a sauna, bathing, and showering suite with clean, simple lines and finishes. Rich cedar wood tones pair beautifully with simple white tile and black fixtures. The tub filler, temperature control and sauna can be controlled remotely, allowing for a steaming tub and hot sauna waiting upon arrival.
