An update to a classic NE Portland bungalow. Corrugated siding, with a natural patina, conceals a modern 2-story addition into the rear yard of this 1920’s bungalow.

The scope of the project included a kitchen renovation, 2 new full bathrooms, a new upstairs primary suite, and a basement dig out with a sauna.

The design build team gave this bathroom a more cozy feel with the clawfoot tub, green tile, round mirror, and white sink, and wood cabinets.
For this home remodel, our designer chose spherical hanging lights that contribute to the whimsical feeling of this bay window seat with pink pillows and a white furry blankets.
This remodeled bedroom has 2 large tree-filled windows providing abundant natural light, white walls, and a modern geometric light fixture hanging over the bed.
