Kristopher Rubesh,

Kristopher has been working for McFadin Design/Build since 2021. Most of his training in construction, plumbing, electrical work, and even people management was learned on the job running a backpacker’s hotel high in the Tibetan plateau of China. ​

He's always called Portland his home in the States, but having grown up and lived most his life overseas, he's a true believer in Nescafé Instant C
Coffee (other brands like Starbucks and Dutch Brothers will suffice, if he's in a pinch).
At work he's called the Honey Badger because likes to get his hands in everything, get dirty, and get the job done! He enjoys working for McFadin because the projects are not just run of the mill, but challenging. He appreciates that Zeke is always open to workers doing side jobs, is always available for technical assistance, and is forgiving of mistakes as long as lessons were learned. Kris considers his coworkers as friends and he considers it an honest environment, where the crew gets paid fairly. ​​
